I firmly believe an error is simply a way to improve so I believe good feedback is a great form of learning. At Gleeson I trialled an idea in which I handed out student work with comments and feedback but no grade. I required them to read my comments and come and tell me one thing they could do better next time before I told them their all important, life altering grade!
