During my practicums I sought constant feedback from my mentors on areas I could improve and this helped considerably in improving my teaching. I evaluated each lesson after it had taken place and had discussions with mentors on how it could be improved for next time. At the completion of my units I sat down with my mentor and discussed the program as a whole and what I could do differently next time.
I also sought feedback from the students via a survey. This data can be found alternatively located in this ePortfolio.
